Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am-12:30 pm. Walk-ins are welcome when we can see you. After hours, call (224) 730-2834. We will try to accommodate an appointment; otherwise a telehealth visit or the next day may be offered.
