Medical weight management
Medical weight management and nutrition counseling are offered as part of ordinary primary care. Plans are individualized and may include evaluation, laboratory testing, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle changes. We also see patients for follow-up after bariatric surgery, including lap band adjustments. We do not promise a specific amount or rate of weight loss. Medication decisions, when they are appropriate, are made by the treating clinician after an evaluation.
